A Complex Engineering Puzzle
The core technical challenge was to engineer an MEP system that could guarantee strict adherence to the environmental conditions—temperature, humidity, and air purity—mandated for storing high-value medical devices. The system required flawless integration to ensure that life safety protocols and environmental controls worked in perfect harmony without failure points.
Innovative & Efficient
We designed and deployed a specialized HVAC system featuring HEPA filtration and pressure zoning to create a certifiable clean environment. This was coupled with an intelligent, addressable fire detection system and a clean agent fire suppression solution for sensitive areas. The entire infrastructure was unified under a Siemens Building Automation System (BAS), providing a centralized platform for real-time monitoring, data logging for regulatory audits, and automated environmental control.
