All incoming raw materials are verified against Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) and assigned unique identifiers for full traceability throughout the project. * **Precision Cutting & Fitting:** Using advanced cutting equipment, we prepare pipe and fittings with precision. Our skilled pipefitters then assemble the spools, ensuring perfect alignment and fit-up before welding. * **Certified Welding:** All welding is performed by our team of ASME-certified welders according to approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), guaranteeing the strength and integrity of every joint. * **Rigorous Quality Assurance:** After welding, our in-house QC inspectors conduct 100% visual checks and coordinate all required Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and pressure testing to ensure a zero-defect final product.
