Our dedicated fabrication shop produces high-integrity pipe spools that are ready for immediate on-site erection. This parallel workflow—fabricating in our shop while civil work happens on site—significantly shortens project timelines and enhances the overall quality and consistency of the welding. ### Our Commitment to Quality Control Quality is built into every step of our fabrication process. * **Material Control:** All incoming materials are inspected and tracked to ensure they meet project specifications. MTCs are logged and full traceability is maintained for every component. * **Welding Excellence:** All welding is performed by ASME Section IX qualified welders. Our Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) constantly monitors quality to ensure zero defects. * **Testing & Verification:** We perform 100% visual inspection of all welds, supplemented by the specified Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Radiography (RT) or Dye Penetrant (PT) testing. All spools are hydrostatically tested in our shop to guarantee their integrity before they ever reach your site.
