The Challenge

A Complex Engineering Puzzle

As a donor-funded non-profit, Greenstar's primary challenge was managing high operational costs, with their outdated HVAC system being a major contributor to electricity bills. The old system provided inconsistent cooling and poor air filtration, impacting employee comfort and well-being. They required a modern, cost-effective solution that would deliver a measurable return on investment, freeing up funds for their core social marketing programs.

Our Solution

Innovative & Efficient

We designed and implemented a high-efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system throughout the corporate office. This state-of-the-art system provides granular, zoned climate control, allowing for precise temperature management in different departments and the ability to reduce power in unoccupied areas. We also integrated an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) to bring in fresh, filtered air without compromising cooling efficiency, significantly improving indoor air quality. The entire system is managed via a central controller, providing detailed energy consumption data.

Services Provided
