A Complex Engineering Puzzle
The sheer scale of the mall presented an immense challenge. The HVAC system required a massive centralized chiller plant with sophisticated zoning to manage diverse loads from retail outlets, a hypermarket, and a large food court. The fire safety system needed an intelligent, addressable smoke detection network capable of pinpointing an incident's exact location within the vast complex for rapid response.
Innovative & Efficient
We installed a high-efficiency water-cooled central chiller plant with a capacity of over 8,000 tons, linked to hundreds of Air Handling Units (AHUs) managed by a BMS for dynamic zone control. For fire safety, we deployed a fully addressable fire alarm system with thousands of intelligent smoke and heat detectors, integrated with a comprehensive sprinkler and hydrant system designed to NFPA standards.
