A Complex Engineering Puzzle
The primary challenge was the restaurant's location on the Do Darya coastline, which exposed all outdoor HVAC equipment to highly corrosive, salty air, leading to rapid deterioration and failure. Furthermore, the plumbing and drainage systems needed to be exceptionally robust to manage the massive water demand and waste output from the kitchens and restrooms of a restaurant serving thousands of patrons daily, without any risk of blockages or downtime.
Innovative & Efficient
For the HVAC system, we installed high-efficiency VRF units with specialized anti-corrosion coatings (hydrophilic fins) on all outdoor condensers to withstand the saline environment. For the plumbing, we designed a high-capacity, gravity-fed system using durable PPR-C pipes and installed a multi-stage, industrial-grade grease trap and a dedicated water filtration plant to ensure system longevity, hygiene, and uninterrupted service.
