The Challenge

A Complex Engineering Puzzle

The core challenge was the project's critical nature. The HVAC for the Central Control Room required 100% uptime with N+1 redundancy to prevent any risk of a plant shutdown. The fire safety system had to address a complex mix of high-risk industrial hazards, including high-voltage transformers, turbine lubricating oils, and sensitive electronic switchgear, each demanding a unique and compliant suppression solution according to NFPA standards.

Our Solution

Innovative & Efficient

We engineered a fully redundant Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) system for the main control room, ensuring stable temperature and humidity 24/7. For fire protection, a comprehensive, integrated solution was deployed: a clean agent (FM-200) gas suppression system for the data centers and switchgear rooms, a high-velocity water spray system for transformer bays, and an upgraded plant-wide fire hydrant and sprinkler network, all governed by an intelligent, addressable fire alarm system.
