A Complex Engineering Puzzle
The critical challenge was to engineer a powerful climate control and life safety system that could be seamlessly integrated within a highly curated architectural design. The client had a strict 'zero-visibility' mandate for all MEP components, which meant traditional diffusers, detectors, and sprinkler heads were not an option. The system had to be silent, effective, and completely hidden.
Innovative & Efficient
We implemented a slim-duct, high-efficiency VRF system with custom-fabricated linear slot diffusers that were integrated directly into architectural ceiling coves and shadow gaps, making them invisible from the shop floor. For fire safety, we deployed an aspirating smoke detection (ASD) system that uses near-invisible sampling points instead of traditional detectors. This was paired with concealed pendant sprinklers that sit perfectly flush with the ceiling, maintaining the clean, uninterrupted sightlines the brand is known for.
Key Project Outcomes
Achieved a completely invisible MEP installation, fully preserving the architect's and brand's design intent.
Maintained a silent, draft-free, and perfectly consistent temperature, directly enhancing the luxury customer experience.
Provided a state-of-the-art, highly sensitive fire detection system without compromising the store's aesthetic.
Ensured 100% compliance with all safety codes in a challenging architectural environment.

“Our brand is about effortless sophistication, and our store's environment must reflect that. Their team achieved the impossible: a powerful, comfortable climate and a top-tier safety system that you simply cannot see. Their attention to aesthetic detail was as impressive as their engineering skill.”
