A Complex Engineering Puzzle
The core challenge in a hospital environment is the absolute necessity to prevent cross-contamination and ensure patient safety. The project required designing and implementing separate drainage systems for infectious waste, laboratory discharge, and general sanitary use. Furthermore, the entire installation had to be executed with zero disruption to the adjacent, fully operational hospital areas, following strict infection control protocols.
Innovative & Efficient
Our team engineered a multi-layered plumbing solution using medical-grade PPR-C and stainless steel piping to prevent microbial growth. We installed a fully redundant water supply system with backup pumps to guarantee uninterrupted service to Operating Theatres and ICUs. The design included specialized backflow prevention devices, chemical-resistant drainage for labs, and a multi-stage drainage system with dedicated traps and vents to completely eliminate the risk of waterborne pathogen transmission.
Key Project Outcomes
Achieved 100% compliance with international healthcare engineering standards (HTM) for plumbing and water systems.
Engineered a zero-failure, redundant water supply, ensuring constant pressure and flow to all critical medical areas.
Eliminated all risks of cross-contamination, significantly enhancing patient safety and infection control.
Delivered a low-maintenance, highly durable system designed for the 24/7 operational demands of a tertiary care hospital.

“In a hospital setting, the reliability and hygiene of the plumbing system are non-negotiable. Their team's expertise in healthcare-specific MEP standards was exceptional. They delivered a robust, compliant, and completely dependable system that is critical to our patient care and infection control efforts.”
