The Challenge

A Complex Engineering Puzzle

The critical challenge was to execute a large-scale MEP overhaul within a fully operational luxury hotel, ensuring zero disruption to guest services and daily operations. The project demanded a phased, meticulously planned approach to replace outdated equipment with modern, energy-efficient systems while maintaining the hotel's prestigious ambiance and comfort levels.

Our Solution

Innovative & Efficient

Our solution centered on a phased installation of a high-efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system, providing granular, room-by-room climate control. The existing fire alarm system was upgraded to a state-of-the-art, addressable system fully compliant with NFPA standards. Both systems were seamlessly integrated into a central BAS, enabling the hotel's engineering team to monitor, control, and optimize energy usage, air quality, and life safety systems from a single, intuitive interface.
